• We only have 3 passengers, but your website says "4 passenger minimum", can we still book ? Do you have SUV's?
• No, the cost for 3 passengers is $40 each for a private shuttle. We do not provide shared shuttles. We only use 15 passenger shuttles with optional luggage trailers. Visit our pricing page for more info. To save money use Uber, you do not need a shuttle.

Yes, transportation quotes are invoices, and expire 24 hours after your "quote/invoice date/reservation #". You may request to renew your quote after 24 hours if availability and pricing has not changed.
Payment immediately 100% refunded if/when canceled. 24 hour notice required. NOTE: Our full refund or no refund policy, when it comes to a passenger not boarding and a refund is requested, will be denied. Like an airline, if you pay to fly and do not board, you do not recieve a refund. Full or Partial Refunds are issued up to 24 hours before pickup.
NOTE: if you do not make a round trip reservation, and only make a one way reservation, you run the risk of a shuttle being unavailable for your return pickup, or may have to pay an increased rate per passenger for making last minute reservation. (just like the airlines)
Do I have to pay for children to ride in the shuttle?
Yes, infants on laps are the exception.
NOTE: ground transportation rates are similar to air transportation. If a child is charged a seat with a seat belt on a plane, he or she is charged for a shuttle seat with a seat belt.

Yes, a 10% round trip discount is issued to travel agents and repeat clients.
NOTE: Travel agents must request the discount via email using a travel agency company email address. Repeat clients previous travel date is required to qualify for a discount.

What is the difference between *private or *shared shuttle van?
*A private shuttle is waiting for you at the airport outside baggage claim, or arrives at your pickup time, at the location you requested. A private shuttle is "door to door" service with no additional stops or passengers. A private shuttle only transports 1 group at a time, 1 reservation at a time.
*A shared shuttle has set pre determined day and time schedules, with set pre determined pickup and drop off locations. A shared shuttle may make additional stops along the way to pickup and drop off passengers and luggage. A shared shuttle is like a city bus, where strangers ride together to different destinations.
Once I board the shuttle, will the shuttle be making additional stops?
No.
NOTE: you can request additional stops when you request your transportation quote, at an additional cost per stop. If you request the driver stop while in the shuttle, it is at the drivers discretion to do so. We suggest passengers use a restroom before boarding the shuttle. Our drivers are on schedules, and unscheduled stops may make them late for there next pickup.
We assume each adult passenger will have 2 large suitcases. If you have more luggage than normal, please let us know how much additional luggage you have when you make your transportation reservation, so we can allocate a luggage trailer for your shuttle. There is no charge for luggage or luggage trailers.
Will the driver be at baggage claim for a "meet and greet"?
No, your driver tracks your flight online. The driver knows when your flight has landed. Your driver will be waiting at the cell phone lot until you call or text 954-249-8991. (call/text when you have your luggage) Airport pickups are usually 20-30+ minutes after the flight has landed, about 60+ minutes if it is an international flight, and you have to go through customs.
We will abort the pickup, and wait to hear from you. We will also try make contact via cell phone, text and email the moment we see your flight is canceled online. If you do not, or cannot reschedule your pickup, you will receive 100% refund. If your flight is canceled please call/text 954-249-8991 ASAP.
Our return flight is several hours after we get off the ship, any suggestions?
Yes, request a "Tour". We pick you up from the cruise ship terminal and drop you off about 9:30-10am at:

We hold your luggage in a locked luggage trailer while your on tour. Passengers take there passports, wallets, pocketbooks, knapsacks, sunglasses, phones, phone charges etc.
Your driver will pick you up where he dropped you off, or at another location you provide, about 2-3 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. (depending on where your tour is) You will have the drivers cell phone number as well as the office number.
NOTE: Tours should be decided before you request a transportation quote. The cost of the tour is the same as the price per passenger rate. If you paid $20 per passenger one way, than the tour is $20 per passenger. If you did not reserve the tour, it may still be possible when you board the shuttle, at the drivers discretion.
A sightseeing tour is also available @ $50 per hour. Sightseeing tours must be reserved and paid for when you confirm your reservation with online payment. Sightseeing tour locations are limited to Dade & Broward counties. (Miami & Fort Lauderdale)
What kind of tours do you offer, and what is the cost?
We travel anywhere throughout Florida, from Miami to Orlando, Key West to Daytona, Tampa to Fort Lauderdale. Tours are $100 per hour plus $50 per hour wait time. Overnight trips may require hotel room stay for the driver at the clients expense.
